-The interview initially consist of intial telephonic screening which tests basic communication skills. - second round is online test which had email writing and typing test - third round is manager round where manher asked about introduction, languages that I know and why did choose this field and about customer service.

Entrevista
The interview process was smooth and fast. It will just take within a day for you to get hired. I highly recommend to all applicants who wants to work in the BPO industry. The next day will be your pre medical examination and your job offer.
There is No technical Questions. Most of the questions are situation based Questions and some common Questions. Difficulty level is easy. For this role mainly Focus on your communication skills.

Entrevista
1st and 2nd Round. They both have a long idle waiting time. I came at 11pm, 1st round was at around 2-2:30pm and then nd round was 6pm. They announced the result around 7-7:30pm.
Obviously there were a lot of people so it does take time, Though it felt like I did a full office hour for even before getting started.
