All online , I believe it took about a week from start to finish . Everything through email from application to job offer and tests in between. High turnover rate high stress job
Great, virtual interview smooth and awesome experience, had a nice onboarding with documents also sent virtually. Best interview process, everything done on mobile phone itself....I hope other companies also follow the same process

They ask me to described myself, and then the reason why I choose this TP and why I want to do the job with that position, and they asked me about the expected salary, and they asked me to roleplay as a customer service.
