Llamada telefónica, la mitad en inglés y la otra mitad en tu idioma nativo (en mi caso, el español), y realización de pruebas escritas, algunas en inglés también, para ver cómo te desenvuelves escribiendo tanto en tu idioma como en inglés.

I found interview a bit daunting they had a maths exam that had to be passed to be successful. There was also 2-3 weeks of training before starting the job but it was fully paid
