Interview process; first a lady with broken english (possibly greek) with whom ı nearly couldn't communicate who responds you with "hmm lovely" all the time then a turkish guy gives you all necessary and honest answers and then a lady from central Europe with proper english but irrelevant questions for job like "what would be your response for this and that.."
