I applied through a head hunter for a position in Greece, First i had an introduction call with a recluiter, then an exam with some customer support scenarios to solve and after that they offered me the contract.

Takes too long. Just wasted the whole days waiting. And there are limited places to sit so some of us had to stand for 7, 8 hours waiting for the interview. I went for the interview at 10, 10:30 in the morning and reached home at around 11 PM. Got selected but the managemant was bad. So I left after a few months.

About myself and how I came to know about their company
The interviewer was nice and patient. They didn't rush the process and made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous. The questions were straightforward, mostly about my experience and how I handle costumers. the vibe was relaxed and encouraging.

surprised they had streamlined the initial interview process with an AI app, employees were very helpful and friendly.
Although I passed the initial interview and assessment, I was told there were no openings at the moment (even though there were fresh online postings for the position I was applying for) and I did not hear back from them until after two weeks.
