Me postulé en persona. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en TP (Manila, ) en jul 2009
Entrevista
intial interview, typing test and final interview, they will gauge how you speak and how willing you are for the shifting schedule and they will test your typing speed, and for the final interview they ask you unexpected questions such as how you can sell a pen or a pencil to other people
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round. The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
Interview was quick, had some tech issues but nothing too bad. Questions were direct, and prompted with an AI assistant which felt a little uncanny valley. Overall, process went smoothly but maybe it would be better to just have the questions written and recorded to listen to, rather than the AI assistant video
