After that there will be 3 months of training which includes all the process knowledge, email writing, how to communicate with clients(US citizens) over telephone and resolve the case with proper resolution by maintaining the average handling time(AHT).Timely login and time log out to avoid defects and deduction of salary or to avoid absenteeism for the day.
1st interview with HR, 2nd interview with Operations Manager. I am thinking to join the company but some of the reviews are scary. HR discused about salary and previous employment history. Manager asked why I left previos jobs.
