They have you take a test to show you know the basics parts of a computer, then a typing test, then listing to recorded call that they discuss with you in a face to face interview.
I went in without even know exactly what I was applying for or what department I was in, but the hired me the same day

Good and very convenient .The staff are very approachable kind and they entertain you very well.The interviewer are some nice like they trait you that known for some long. They are nice and friendly.
