Hr round then Hr and Managerial round together. First you have to go with Hr round after clearing Hr round they will conduct Managerial round, clear managerial round and get selected. Clear the assessments now and be ready for training and no leave for first three months.

I was designated there as a customer care executive.The interview process was preety decent it's distributed into 3 rounds telephonic,ops, assesment. once you are done with all three you will be onboarded.
