It was later in 2010, I don´t know how things are being done nowadays. Well, after put my CV on their website, someone from HR called and scheduled an non-technical interview. No surprises. After some time they called for the technical one. All done in paper, no 'live' questions on computer or white board. The last round was a face-to-face with one of the software development managers. A mix of personal profile questions plus past projects experience.

Primeiro entrevista com RH para saber sobre suas experiencias passadas tirar algumas dúvidas e entender o que você pretende na empresa. Depois vem a entrevista técnica com um gestor e 2 especialistas, perguntas normais nada fora do comum, as pessoas que entrevistam deixam o clima agradável para não parecer um interrogatório. Após isso vem a confirmação.

Primeiramente um teste técnico com desafios de algoritmo (estilo leetcode); passando no processo tive uma entrevista com RH; falei de mim mas não avancei no processo por falta de experiência.

Very well conducted, first by the R&S after by the technical manager, with tests and group panel. Was 3 interviews: one with the R&S personel, after with a team leader, e finally with the manager. Was, a very quick interview.
