Informal. Usually very open mind. Not attached to market fashions, but very focused on technologies.
I was asked many technical questions, but not rated by accuracy but by capacity of logical thinking and creativity. The interview was in English and a hypothetical issue about the technology was going to work with was discussed and debated.

Primeiro entrevista com RH para saber sobre suas experiencias passadas tirar algumas dúvidas e entender o que você pretende na empresa. Depois vem a entrevista técnica com um gestor e 2 especialistas, perguntas normais nada fora do comum, as pessoas que entrevistam deixam o clima agradável para não parecer um interrogatório. Após isso vem a confirmação.

Very well conducted, first by the R&S after by the technical manager, with tests and group panel. Was 3 interviews: one with the R&S personel, after with a team leader, e finally with the manager. Was, a very quick interview.
