Entrevista
I got to meet with a few people from senior management and the VP of the region and do the usual Q&A. Then the interesting part began, they took me to a current project and showed me the inner workings of the company. I got to talk to a multitude of employees about the job tasks they perform. I then sat down with a project manager from the actual project we were at and discuss what I would be doing for them on-site. I was offered a job on the spot and started a month later.

Entrevista
One interview and then offer extended. Company does not really anticipate what they are going to need staffing wise. They wait until it is chaotic. Must hit the ground running.
