since the company is the leading oil trader in the market, they have set standards for interview. first there was a written test conducted by the company , from which they made a graphical chart of my personality on which the questions were asked. first panel consisted of two captains which were analysing my personality with some scientific questionary and then the second panel was headed by HR people with a sum of 6 people in it, they were just watching your confidence by throwing some very simple questions at me. overall it was a very wonderful experience
