The HR was easy to work with and responsive. The hiring manager and another team member were present in a mixed interview of behavioral and technical assessment. The interview felt a little uncomfortable with the constant aggressive "gotcha" attempts of the team member. The interview almost felt confrontational as the member went ahead and claimed that I "contradicted" myself based on my answer to his questions; 1- What is one key attribute you would want in your manager? 2- What would you do in a situation of conflict? Where I answered * Communication * Avoid conflict and escalation. probs he thought I would close my ears and eyes by saying that I would avoid conflict and escalation ...
Das Gespräch war sehr unstrukturiert. Es wirkte so, als wäre niemand richtig vorbereitet. Fragen waren allgemein und teilweise widersprüchlich. Es gab keine klare Vorstellung von der Rolle und den Erwartungen. Insgesamt wirkte es chaotisch und wenig professionell.

I interview with the hiring manager for the first tech interview, including BQ and tech problem. Nice talk but then I was ghosted and failed. The interview is easy, but the process is frustrating, I will never to apply for torc again.
