I've interviewed for nearly 6 months across all sorts of companies: FAANG giants, SV startups, aerospace companies, and more. Torc was by far the best interview experience. I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn, and we scheduled a ~1 hour phone interview where she asked me questions. Next was a "company fit" interview, which was an hour, and was mostly high-level technical, but a bit of behavioral and leadership. Finally, the last round was a 2-hour coding interview, which was not data structures and algorithm focused, but instead an interactive problem solving session with two engineers. It was so refreshing to be thrown into a LeetCode-style problem which rarely has relevant to the type of work you'll be doing.
