The process starts with a phone screening, followed by a comprehensive written assignment that includes data analysis, two separate interviews, and uploading your references through the WorkDay platform. I went through all of the steps only to be rejected. They didn't even contact my references. So, imagine how appalled I was. I had to contact them for an update as I never got a formal letter of rejection. The recruiter stated that I had been notified about not getting the position, attaching the "forwarded message." I would strongly advise potential candidates to proceed with caution. In my case, I suspect it was all false interviewing to gain free labor, since the written assignment was a business proposal.
