I liked the relaxed atmosphere during the interview and the involvement of the Regional Manager instead of HR. I felt closed to the interviewers and I'm sure that it was an advantage for me to expose what I know and what I want to do for the company as an potential employee.

Relaxed went through relèvent experience and attributes that would help them. The HR person was probably the main reason for the environment being nice . However ask them about their policies before accepting. By the way due to severe OCD make sure your shoes are nicely polished ( seriously you couldn't make this stuff up.
