There are 3 interview stages. Overall, it was a great experience to interview with TnG Digital 1. Technical Interview with the senior developer (1 hour) - First, they will question mainly about OOP, Encryption, Spring Injection and some logic (Try-Catch). Then, we have to share screen and open an IDE to show our coding, a basic interview coding on String, differences way of writing code (abstract & interface), coding to show how Spring Injection looks like 2. Technical Interview with Hiring Manager (1.5 hours) - The interview is conducted by the tech lead. - Almost similar to the first one but easier, question is about OOP, Spring, culutural fit, SQL. - Then again, need to share screen and show some coding based on their question given on our IDE. 3. HR Interview (30 min) - It takes 1 day to inform whether you passed the second interview or not and they will notify you through phone call. Basically, at this stage, they are already interested to hire you and set a time for HR interview/background check
