The interview process seemed average. I was called two days after I applied, and performed a phone interview on the spot. I was asked to come in for an in-person interview which went well. After the in-person I was asked to perform a personality test, which I completed. After that, I was ghosted! I sent 2 follow ups just to see what the status was...nothing. Yet before that, I was responded to immediately. I thought the experience was unprofessional, and because of my experience I will not apply here again. I want to work somewhere where everyone who comes into contact with the company is treated respectfully. When a candidate gives you their time and energy throughout two interviews and an hour long test, you should at-least let them know either way if they are being considered further - or not!
