I received a phone call to organize a meeting after I had sent my resume on the Internet. I had a first meeting with an accounting test as well as a personality / experience discussion with 2 HR people. Then, I was invited for a 2nd interview with a Director and the HR manager. Questions at this new interview were more related to career orientation and personal objectives.
