The day of the first interview, the interviewer called 20 minutes late. He apologised. No big deal, anyone can have an unexpected event. Interview was friendly. The interviewer told me straight away I passed to the next step (video interview with the Manager, through TEAMS). On the second interview, the Manager connected to the call just to say that the call had to be posponed due to an unexpected event and apologised. The Manager proposed a new date, I accepted. On the day we agreed for the new second interview, the "Manager" did not give any signs of presence. So I called Human Resources and they told me they would call me back. They did, just to say that they are sorry, the Manager is busy, we have to change (again) the interview date. They propose a new date, however I am not available on that day and I propose to have the interview a couple of days later. HR says the manager is busy, they will check and call me back. I never heard from them again. If this is how they respect you and your time when attracting potential talents, God knows how they treat you once you are an employee. Not recommended at all.
