The process was very well organised, involving a telephone interview, a face-to-face interview with two members of staff, and a final informal meeting with the manager. I was continuously kept informed of the next stages. The main face-to-face interview was around 1 hour and involved competency and situation based questions, a test, and an opportunity for me to ask questions.
