i initially applied online but learned that the company was hosting a hiring event(?) where you can just walk in and submit your resume. i believe this was around september(?) they usually do this a couple months a year (may, september, february(?)) they'll let you know a week or so their hiring decision.

Pretty straight forward. One interview in person with the store manager. I was asked basic questions like what's your strengths and weaknesses, scenario based questions, any customer service experience and why do you want to work here just basic stuff
