The hiring process was quick and easy. I applied in person and got a call from the hiring manager a couple days later for an interview. They asked very simple question that are pretty much based on your opinion. Remember that it is a retail store, and great customer service is what you should aim for. The next day after the interview, I got a call telling me that I was hired and to come in for an orientation.
It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
