They asked me if i felt like i could run the front end well and i said yes and got the position. I got coordinator duties and was in charge of the front end.
I intervied with the district manager before the interview the assistant store manager prepped me. It was straightforward questions nothing out of the ordinary. I was extended an offer the day after the interview.

Very casual. Will ask about the best customer experiences you have had. As long as you talk about getting credit applications you will get the job. Also, availability must be pretty open.

They called me, I went in. Typical interview questions about work history etc. They told me about the company, positions available and the duties. Received a call back to interview with the district manager.
