you go in and just answer a bunch of questions about customer service. its fairly easy and a good job for someone in high school. the store manager is usually who will interview you and most of the time you get hired on the spot.

It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
