I was interviewed. and Had to accomplish several skills tests. Which I passed. And then was offered an orientation date. The orientation consisted of viewing several videos about the culture of the organization, loss preventin, security, safety, customer service, etc.e

They will contact you by phone call. The interview process happens during the phone call. They ask pretty easy and general questions about how well you can manage problems. If they are satisfied with your answers, they will ask you about your availability.
