A short phone call followed by 3 days of interviews. You arrive at the office and fill out a short multiple choice questionnaire describing yourself. Your are then asked into a small room and interviewed by a manager. Very basic interview questions including your strengths, weaknesses, and where you see yourself in a year. They then want you to shadow someone the next day and you must be available or you are out of luck
