Had an initial phone screen with a recruiter and then a larger panel interview where you had to present a case study. The description that the recruiter provided on the role was very different than what the team was actually looking for, so I felt under preprared. To make matters worse, the recruiter then just ghosted me after the interview, despite putting in significant effort to prepare a case study and participate in the interview. Totally unprofessional and poor experience with TIAA.
