      Initially, I was approached by a third-party agency, People Software Pvt Ltd, for an interview opportunity. The process began smoothly as the Lady HR at PeoplePower efficiently coordinated my interview with the client. However, on the scheduled day of the interview, I encountered some challenges. The interviewer, who was purportedly working from home, arrived 15-20 minutes late and experienced frequent disconnections, citing technical issues. Despite these disruptions, the interview lasted for 45 minutes, during which the interviewer appeared genuinely interested in my experience and profile. Their enthusiasm gave me a positive impression of the company, leaving me hopeful about potential opportunities. However, fast forward to today, after a month has passed since the interview, both the HR agency and the interviewer have ceased communication, leaving me in a state of uncertainty. The sudden silence from both parties has left me perplexed and disappointed. It raises questions about the professionalism and integrity of the hiring process. As a candidate, I expected at least a response or an update on the status of my application, considering the time and effort invested in the interview process. In conclusion, while the initial interactions with People Software Pvt Ltd and PeoplePower were promising, the subsequent lack of communication has tarnished the overall experience. This situation underscores the importance of clear and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
