I got up to 3 screenings: a phone call, then a recorded response to questions, and then a technical interview. The first two were fine, but the technical interview was poorly conducted. I met a gentleman virtually who appeared to be sitting in some sort of break room as I could hear other voices and perhaps a TV in the background. The man barely looked at the screen/camera and was overly disinterested in anything I was saying. I understand I probably was the 20th interview but the attitude was seriously distracting. He kept looking above the camera at something throughout the interview and was not interested in my answers. Awful experience.
