Entrevista
I was encouraged to apply for the position after career fair and applied through my university career services. I was contacted after a week for an interview and was notified of my candidacy after 2-3 weeks. The interview was a two on one interview, one person was on the business side and the other was on the IT side. I declined because I got an offer that was a better fit for me.

What is your favorite class and least favorite class? Why?
Talk about school experience, why I want this internship, goals for post graduation, would I relocate, why am I a team player, my investment knowledge, would I take the SIE
Good and formal when I gave in 2022. Structured process but HR is slow to respond. Questions asked were about basic accounting questions and also IFRS 15 and 16. Also behavior questions were asked like tell me about yourself and company values.

Explain lesse and lessor accounting as per ifrs 16
Process was quick and very efficient. Overall, took a little over a month with 2 interviews. First one was a recruiter who asked about my interests and which team I would want to work in. Second interview asked more behavioral questions to learn me more.
