Prescreen with recruiter followed by two rounds of interviews that were all virtual.
It was based around behavioral type questions. Come prepared and you will do just fine and be sure to come with questions as well.

Entrevista
This is a difficult process, it includes a role play, multiple peer interviews, and multiple management interviews. There were multiple levels of interviews with other advisors, what isn't clear during those interviews is how much weight is given to each one. I now know that at any point your application can be derailed by any one individual you speak to, and they compare notes so a candidate should take notes during each interview.

The role play scenario is typically the most difficult for candidates.
It is a very long Process, it took over two months. Recruiter ZOOM interview. Hiring Manager ZOOM interview. Panel ZOOM behavioral interview. Panel ZOOM role play interview. I waited two weeks with no response. I emailed the recruiter and no response. I emailed the Director and no response. I heard back from the recruiter and she did not have a decision yet. A week later I was informed that the role was given to an internal candidate.

Entrevista
They scheduled my review for a Monday morning, 10am. My contact for the interview was not even at work on that morning. They hastily foiund a couple other people to do the interview. The interviewers were extremely unprofessional, sloppily dressed and very "cold". Had no interest in working for the company after the interview.
