Initially, received an email from a member of the talent team to schedule an over the phone interview. During the phone interview, we reviewed the role, and I was asked questions about my experience and how they related to the role. Subsequently, I was told that my information would be forwarded to the hiring manager and that they would be in touch if they wanted to schedule a f2f. Unfortunately, similar to other roles that I applied for with this organization, they opted to go in another direction, although I felt that I was very qualified for the position. At one point, I asked the person that reached out to me on the talent team if they could provide me with any feedback as to what I did wrong as I felt that the interview went well. I called and left a message, as well as sent a followup email, but never heard back.
