Interviewed w/ 3 individuals at the location where I would be working. The interview took 35 minutes, standard technical questions. During interview, realized I answered a question incorrectly... which just started a downhill roll for me, I guess. The one thing that really bothers me about TIAA, no email or call back telling me I was not going to get an offer or just a status update after all the weeks/months this was drawn out, especially at this level?
