Entrevista
The interview process was started with a brief phone interview from an HR recruiter. Just went over the job description and requirements and asked a little bit about my background. I actually knew the HR recruiter that called me so they did not pry to deep. Once that was done I was scheduled for an interview with two managers at the actual location. The interview lasted about an hour and 20 minutes. The managers had questions from a packet that they normally ask, but because I had a lot of experience in this field, they asked about 3 questions from the packet.
They asked the difference between a Roth IRA and Traditional IRA
How to turn a service call into a sales call
Describe how you multi-task
I was told by the interviewer that the interview normally includes a role playing scenario but I was not required to do it.
After the interview, there was a lenghty period to do background check and references .

Entrevista
I Applied, First phase was a phone interview with a recruiter in North Carolina.The second phase was a request to complete an online assessment and questionaire for backgroud check. requested information needed to be retured within 24 hours so get on with it pronto! In person interview was set up weeks later by a local scheduler. The nterview was with two hiring managers who feverishly wrote down everything detail they could of my responses onto a form they had to fill out and for the purpose of reporting all igathered info from the interview and report back to HR.
