Entrevista
1. Candidates called in batches.
2. Started with company background brief details which is hardly matter of concentration for candidate before interviews discussions. It was around 1.5hrs including teab break. Candidate doesn't have much time for screening in single company.
3. Candidate has to rush for further rounds, as lot others companies are waiting for talent and setup the scheduled evaluations on single day I.e. Saturday.
4. Candidate can be evaluated in 5-6 questions within hardly 15-20mins. There is no matter to stretch the session to satisfy the ego that interviewer is enough techie.
