Interview process was normal. This was for mumbai drive on a weekday. Everything was managed by consultancies. There were 3 rounds. Initially there was 1 telephonic screening round followed by 2 f2f rounds. 1 f2f was technical scenario based other was manager round. After that the process went weired. Its been 1 month now and they say my feedback is still pending. I had attended through reishr consultancy and the consultancy has also stopped picking my call now. Please do not go for interview via reishr consultancy to tiaa because there is lot of negligence from both the parties. I had wasted my 3 hours of time for interviews plus travel ti venue and then had innumerous follow ups.
