I initially met with ThinkInk at their London offices when I was based in the UK. I met with the CSO and COO on a number of occasions, and the two were very thorough in explaining the company, the industries it operates in, and the expectations of the role - as well as ascertaining my suitability. Over the course of the next few months, I met with various team members and their immigration lawyer at their headquarters in Miami. The team went above and beyond to help make the process as smooth as possible - I had my Visa approved and was able to re-locate within a matter of months.
