I had one interview with the company. Unfortunately, both interviewers appeared distracted and uninterested from the moment we hopped on the zoom call for the first interview. I was prepared and excited for the opportunity, and felt with my experience and enthusiasm that I would be a great asset. Regardless of any questions I answered well, they were half listening, monotone and acting 'strange'. It seemed as though their minds were elsewhere and they were disengaged from the beginning . It was as if I was a 'nuisance' and they needed to get the over with, without even considering me in the first place. As well as this, they seemed to only ask questions related to market information, as I had worked in the same industry prior. They asked about previous clients how much they spent with us and the exact names of the clients. Although this was all happening, I put up a brave face and answered each question with professionalism and enthusiasm. We ended the call and I never heard from them again. All I can say is, it was a waste of my time and I felt completely disrespected. Thankfully I learned that on the spot as I wouldn't work for an employer like that.
