There were 3 interviews in total. First was with the recruiter who super friendly and made me feel like it wasn't an interview but just a friendly conversation. Second was with someone in the company who's in a higher position than you to talk about your answers on the technical questionnaire that was given during the first interview. Third interview was with the owner of the company which was also more like of a conversation than an interview because the first question from the owner was like "Do you have any questions for me?"

Quick follow-up to original application to schedule 1st interview. Got on the zoom early and stayed on for 15 or so minutes waiting before emailing the interviewer to see if we were still meeting. He said he stayed on 5 minutes but I never showed. Not sure what happened, but will just assume technical difficulties on either end. He did get another zoom scheduled and we met and I thought was a good interview. Very friendly and he said he would send more information via email and get my availability for a second interview. I never received an email and followed up the next week with no reply. I actually got an email from the individual I interviewed with to an old email address letting me know of the open position with links to the job application and info on the company. I replied to let him know that I had actually already applied and hadn't heard back; I asked if I had been removed from consideration but never received an answer. The job is currently still posted on job boards, so I am unsure if I was considered further (which a response to my emails either way would have been nice), or if I just got lost in the shuffle.
