The HR department was unprofessional. They sent my interview invitation email very late and at the last minute. Additionally, they repeatedly sent incorrect emails filled with typos on important information. When I requested an online interview, the interviewer refused. The interviewer was an older man with a typical boomer mindset, completely out of touch with the current state of the industry. He continuously asked condescending questions, which was highly unprofessional. He wasn't interested in hearing my explanations and seemed to want to exploit the fact that I am currently unemployed. He even admitted to liking micromanagement, which is a major red flag. The office itself looked old and small, not at all what I expected from a software company. Don't waste your time here.

Do you have a family to support? You seem desperate. Will you be able to cope here since I like to micromanage people?

It was a normal interview on site. It was conducted professionally with HR manager. It felt routine and no noteworthy exchanges or insights. It was mostly focus whether can do the job or not
