They said it was one hour but it was three hrs. They pointed out negative things over and over saying I haven't worked enough. They don't try to look for all your good attributes. You have to point them out. They won't just try and find you a job in an area your good at or have experience in. Its more about filling their accounts.

I applied online. I got 3 rounds interviews. 2 phone interviews and 1 on-site interview. They compensated for the on-site interview including flight ticket and hotel. The interview was not tough but I didn not get the job. The company is in good location, which is 45 minutes from New York City and 15 minutes from Stamford.
