In the first round, the questions primarily focused on background information and general qualifications. They asked about previous work experience, educational background, and why the candidate was interested in working at TELUS. Pretty standard TELUS questions

Q: Can you provide an overview of your previous work experience and how it relates to the position you are applying for at TELUS?
Recruiter, hiring manager then panel interview with case study. It took 6 weeks for them to make a decision and I was given no feedback despite spending time on the presentation. Telus needs to stop making these presentations a part of their I reviewing process. Its archaic and a waste of time.
It was a pretty standard process: basic questions in the first interview and a presentation in the second. If you’re familiar with the industry and role, it shouldn’t be too difficult

Had a 30-minute call with an HR person about a role in a new department and was asked if I’d be ok working East Coast hours as the rest of the team was located there. Affirmed. Went well enough she sent me a personality assessment. Never heard back again. And I never followed up. Didn’t seem like a good fit.
