I received a phone call to schedule a virtual interview with 2 team managers. The interview was approximately 1 hour. I prepared by researching the role and products/service and this came in handy. This is a behavioural interview. They ask for you to share and describe detailed real life scenarios you have been in with customers. It’s handy to research this style beforehand so that you’re aware of what sort of answers the interviewers are looking for.

Online customer service assessment, then an email to answer, following with a 1/2 hour phone call, then scheduled to a 1.5 hour virtual interview followed by an extensive background check.
