It was very ad-hoc, mostly internal, the interview was informal. There were several instances of scenarios and BAR type questions where I had to describe historical events and how I planned on addressing current issues with the business.
Phone screen interview, and then interview with manager. After that, it was a team interview. After that, the VP wanted a zoom call. It was a long 2 month process consisting of: 4 rounds of interviews & 1 behavioral assessment

Starting with a first interview with recruiter and second interview was in person. They had a challenging interview questions and very rigid panel, the office was very nice and modern.

Typical two to three step interview process, which starts with HR then the hiring manager to see if they like you or not. Asked a lot of questions regarding operations and team management and why you like the company.
