Multi-step process including an online application, a partner interview and a panel interview. Took a few months from start to finish, but everything was fairly well organized. Partner interview was less technical and more of a cultural fit. Some generic behavioural questions included. Panel interview was more from technical perspective, but also behavioural components, e.g. how do you manager competing deadlines. No curveball questions.
