The recruitment process was very well-structured and professional. The interview included multiple tests in English and Italian, as well as video response questions, which shows a serious selection process. However, after the interview, I waited more than 3 weeks without receiving any response, despite following up via email and calling twice. The lack of clear feedback from the recruitment team was disappointing. I would recommend the company to improve communication with candidates by providing faster responses and clarifying the status of applications. Even an official rejection is better than complete silence. In conclusion, the interview was professional, but the post-interview experience was disappointing.
