Initial contact was made by e-mail. There we scheduled a first interview (a standard 15min HR screening) After that they sent me a technical assessment through codility website (some algorithms problems to be solved in around 90 minutes) After a positive feedback from my technical assessment, we scheduled a technical interview. This step was basically a Qs & As session regarding my previous experiences, and a few technical questions about swift and iOS software engineering. The final step was a 20min meeting with the VP of engineering. It was basically a culture screening, a quick overview of Poatek next challenges, and what they’re looking for in a senior ios engineer. The last meeting was about the job offer. The entire process took around 3~4 weeks.

Passei por etapa de conversa com RH e depois entrevista com time técnico. Tudo certo, inclusive salário oferecido. No entanto na última entrevista com o CTO da empresa o clima estava diferente, não foram adiante. Parecia que haviam repensado a vaga, já estava fechada e fizeram apenas por formalidade. Sinceramente não sei o que aconteceu, mas poderiam ter sido um pouco mais transparentes. Mandaram apenas um "opa, não foi dessa vez".
