Recruiter reached out to me for an interview. We scheduled a time and she immediately asked me to move it, so I accomodated the request. I joined the google meet 2 mins early for my interview. 3 mins in and she sent me an email saying she would be 2 mins late. 6 minutes into our interview time she jumped on the call and immediately jumped back off. then sent me an email saying that i wasn't there and to let her know when i would be. i sent her a text, several emails as well as chats within the google meet call - she hasn't responded or acknowledged any of them. after 20 mins, i left the call and let her know I was doing so and I would email her separately. Several hours later, she still hasn't acknowledged any of my attempts to reach her. Not a great impression.
